Fire Doors

SFD are focused on making sure that their doors comply with the Australian standards.

All tests were carried out on SFD doors and Howhua Pressed steel frames.

Fire tests have been carried out on the SFD fire doors and howhua pressed steel frame sets to ensure that they comply with Australian standards. SFD strive to create fire doors with highest quality and the highest fire rating to ensure safety.

Both our Mini & Maxi core have been tested with various veneers, all tests are carried out to AS/NZ 1530.4 Standards.

Acoustic Testing

Acoustic tests have been carried with outstanding results. Acoustically SFD proprietary core will outperform all other fire rated cores currently on the Australian Market.

SFD have achieved the following results in fully chalked tests.

–          SFD 36mm thick Acoustic door achieved –  Rw30, Rw32, Rw34

–          SFD 46mm thick Acoustic door achieved – Rw30, Rw32, Rw35

–          SFD 48mm thick Acoustic door sheeted with 0.9mm steel achieved – Rw41

–          SFD 60mm thick composite Acoustic door achieved – Rw46
